Presentation on Peace Corps Service at Watershed School

Camden – The Watershed School will host a special presentation, Serving Others at Home and Abroad: Stories of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers on Monday, May 23 from 12:30 – 2:00 pm at the school’s campus at 32 Washington Street in Camden. The session is open to the public.

Featured speakers include present and past Watershed faculty members including Head of School Will Galloway, Phil Gerard, Sherry Frazer and Terry Moore. They will each share details about their Peace Corps assignments.

“Serving in the Peace Corps was a significant life experience,” said Galloway. “This presentation will hopefully humanize the experience for those who want to learn more about this type of service experience.”  Galloway noted that there will be lots of time for questions and answers.

Interested school groups are welcome to attend and should contact the school at 230-7341 to make arrangements.
